Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of snatching of mobile phone of the informant is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2019. Petitioner has stated on oath that he was never put on T.I.Parade during investigation nor any incriminating was recovered from his possession. Considering the nature of allegation and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
