JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2017 The petitioners have filed the present application for quashing the orders dated 26.05.2016 and 01.07.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in Alamganj P.S. Case No. 20 of 2008.

The petitioners are virtually aggrieved with the transfer of the case from Patna City court to the court of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna, but by none of these two above mentioned orders, the actual transfer has been made. In view of the above fact, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to raise their grievances
