JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 427, 435, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(xv) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The accusation is of making assault to the informant's side, abusing by calling caste name and putting the cattle shade on fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. The accusation is not specific against the petitioners and informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.50226 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 Considering the retracted version of the informant, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad SC/ST P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
