JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 147, 148, 149, 323 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (I) (V) (XI) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons came at the door of the informant when petitioner no.1 Pankaj Tiwary assaulted the informant with iron rod and other accused persons assaulted with lathi. Pankaj Tiwary gave life threatening for withdrawal of the case earlier lodged. It is also alleged that Pankaj

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the informant is on litigating terms with the petitioners from before and out of four cases lodged by the informant's side against the petitioners, in three cases final form has been submitted. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Saran, Chapra. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
