ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 14-07-2025 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is neither an applicant nor can be said to be aggrieved by the issuance of the Letter of Intent (LOI) in favour of the Respondent No. 7 herein and except expressing his apprehension that the commissioning of the petrol pump by the Respondent No. 7 will cause environmental pollution and likely to affect the safety of the people living in and around the proposed petrol pump, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present CWJC. As seen from the averments, the petitioner is espousing a public cause
Patna High Court CWJC No.10200 of 2025(2) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 and it cannot be said that he is personally aggrieved. The present Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a Public Interest Litigation, if he is so advised.
