Petitioner is aggrieved by the amount of compensation as fixed by the concerned authority. The grievance of the petitioner is that the concerned authority has computed less compensation to him ignoring the nature of the land and according to the petitioner, the compensation of acquired land of the petitioner should be fixed at higher rate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner raised his grievance before the respondent no. 5 by filing written representation but no heed was paid towards the grievance of the petitioner. He further submits that moreover, it

Patna High Court CWJC No.16925 of 2014 (2) dt.03-10-2017 2/2 has come to the notice of the petitioner that the State Government has constituted a Committee to redress the grievances of affected persons and, therefore, this matter should be referred to the aforesaid Committee.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to petitioner to raise his grievance before the appropriate authority within three months from today and if petitioner does so, the concerned authority shall take decision and pass reasoned order on the grievance of the petitioner within two months from the date of raising the grievance.
