2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1112 of 2017.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and this is the first complaint of its nature since the parties were married on 19.05.2013. The petitioner expresses his readiness to keep the opposite party no. 2 with due dignity of honour and has even filed Matrimonial Case No. 274 of 2017 for restitution of conjugal right.

4. Despite valid service of notice, none appears on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 when the matter is called.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 20.09.2018 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Complaint Case No. 1112 of 2017 is hereby confirmed.
