JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-02-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No.212 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act. In this case, the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. was recorded. From perusal thereof it appears that the victim has specifically named this petitioner in the alleged sexual exploitation of the victim.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) BT/- U T
