2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 579 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354 B, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code
3. As per prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted Surya Narayan Mandal with iron rod causing injury on the left hand.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent, committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case. The F.I.R. has been lodged after 9 days without any reasonable cause. The present case has been

Case No. 580 of 2020 instituted by one of the accused of the present case against the informant and other persons. He further submits that there is no injury report of the injured as recorded by the learned Court below. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani Saran at Chapra in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 579 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
