This application for contempt was filed on 24.09.2014 but till date even notice has not been issued. In accordance to the provision of Section 20 of the Contempt of Court Act, if cognizance is not taken within one year, the application is not maintainable.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, no case is made out for initiating action for contempt. In case, the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting, he may represent to the competent
