This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Mahnar P.S.case No.137 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 138, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the son of the informant causing injury on his abdomen. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the injury report does not show that the injury is caused by the fire arm and further there is case and counter case and the petitioner's side persons have also received injuries. The petitioner is in custody since 25.6.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55949 of 2018 (3) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 prayer for bail stating that the injury report shows that the injury is grievous in nature and the injured has also supported the prosecution case.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
