The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 144 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 447, 337, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and in view of the fact that there is case and counter case between the parties and both the parties have sustained injuries, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29701 of 2015 (3) dt.07-10-2015 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 144 of 2015, corresponding to G.R.No. 620 of 2015, to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
