The petitioner seeks bail in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 218 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 38 and 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that 71.265 litres of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a Swift Desire Car bearing Registration No. BR02AA-1316. Petitioner was found sitting in the aforesaid car. Co-accused Bablu Kumar was found sitting on driving seat.

Petitioner is in custody since 29.5.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.
