JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 The present writ application stands disposed of with an observation that now the petitioner will have to launch another battle by challenging the order dated 19.12.2014 by virtue of which the entire pension and gratuity including the earned leave has been forfeited as a measure of punishment under Rule 43A and 43B of the Bihar Pension Rules, a copy of the order is Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner.
