This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 129 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.1 namely, Niranjan Kumar. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no.1 namely, Niranjan Kumar. However, if the petitioner no.1 surrenders in the Court below within four weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the Court below shall consider and decide the same without being

The petitioner no. 2 is said to have assaulted one Awinash Kumar, who has sustained simple injury. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner no.2, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.
