Patna High Court MJC No.2277 of 2019(2) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 CWJC no. 8613/2019. Respondent no.5 has been described as District Programme Officer, East Champaran, Motihari instead of District Planning Officer, East Champaran, Motihari. Mistake is pointed out with reference to Annexure 1 to the writ proceedings which is an order issued by District Planning Officer, East Champaran, Motihari and not by the District Programme Officer, East Champaran, Motihari.

In view of said error having been pointed out in writ record which is not disputed or denied by State counsel, prayer in MJC application in light of I.A. no. 01/2019 is allowed. Petitioner is permitted to correct cause title in so far as description of respondent no.5 is concerned. Let appropriate order dated 29.05.2019 be also modified accordingly so as to read as District Planning Officer, East Champaran, Motihari in place of District Programme Officer, East Champaran, Motihari in the description of respondent no.5.

As a result of correction in writ record, order dated 29.05.2019 stands modified.

MJC application stands allowed.
