The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2018 dated 08.03.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 380, 385, 447, 448, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged against the petitioners that they, in the night of 07.03.2018 entered into the house of

No.57614 of 2018(3) dt.11-12-2018 2/3 the informant and assaulted Gausiya and Aaisha Perween, daughters of the informant by means of hard and blunt substance as well as sharp cutting weapons. Several persons were injured in the occurrence. It has also been alleged that an amount of rupees two lakhs was demanded from the petitioners by way of Randgari.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the allegations levelled in the F.I.R is incorrect and earlier also the informant had lodged three other cases, reference of which has been provided in the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners. The injuries suffered by the victims are of simple in nature. Considering the nature of accusation and the injuries suffered by the victims to be simple in nature, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today before the learned Court below, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
