1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Patna vide order dated 06.03.2024 passed in B.P. No.358 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with G.R.P., Patna Cyber P.S. Case No.15 of 2023.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with G.R.P., Patna Cyber P.S. Case No.15 of 2023.
