2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 09 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 17(B), 18(B), 21(C), 22(C), 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per allegation, the informant is a Sub-Inspector of Barun police station and he, along with other police personnel, on secret information, raided the house of the petitioner and recovered 660 grams of Heroine and 1 kilogram of opium (Afim) from there.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44907 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that in the instant case, final form has already been submitted and the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand rupees) to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 09 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
