JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 07-10-2015 By order dated 12.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7173 of 2015 the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Brahmpur (Chakki) P.S. Case No. 306/14 and were directed to surrender within four weeks for furnishing bail bond and sureties.
In the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek extension of time in order to surrender before the jurisdictional Magistrate
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46383 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 2 / 2 to furnish bail bond and sureties, as the petitioners failed to appear before the court within the stipulated period due to unavoidable reasons and compelling circumstances. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners.
On the facts and in the circumstances of the case, the prayer is allowed.
