Case No. 295 of 2016 for an offence under sections 302, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2016. Counsel for the petitioner submits that except this petitioner, other accused in this case have been granted bail vide order dated 5.7.2017 in Cr. Misc.
