JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-06-2015 There is no reason as to why the benefit which the petitioners have claimed here cannot be extended for the same said rational and reasoning which led to issuance of the circular no.212, dated 23.1.2006 by the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, which is Annexure- 2 to the writ application. If what is true with regard to appointments being made by Bihar Public Service Commission is also true for such examinations

Patna High Court CWJC No.17465 of 2014 dt.25-06-2015 2/2 which are conducted by Bihar Staff Selection Commission as well. In view of the above, the prayer of the petitioners is allowed. Let the respondent authorities extend the benefit in terms of Annexure- 2 to the petitioners as well.

Writ is allowed with the above direction.
