If what is true with regard to appointments being made by Bihar Public Service Commission is also true for such examinations

Patna High Court CWJC No.17465 of 2014 dt.25-06-2015 2/2 which are conducted by Bihar Staff Selection Commission as well. In view of the above, the prayer of the petitioners is allowed. Let the respondent authorities extend the benefit in terms of Annexure- 2 to the petitioners as well.
