For the Opposite Party : Mr. Ashok Kumar(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the appointment committee prepared a merit list on the basis of certificates received from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48660 of 2015 (2) dt.03-02-2016 2/2 applicants and it was sent to the office of the District Education Officer, Supaul for verification where it was found that the candidates mentioned at Sl. No. 1 to 67 were unqualified candidates of the BETET (Eligibility Test).

It has been submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioners have never joined the post of teacher. Other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.24754 of 2015.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
