The petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/504/307/326/506of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that there was no repetition of blows and also because the dispute has arisen only on account of petty reason regarding irrigation of fields, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st

(1) One of the bailors will be his own relative, namely, father, mother, brother, sister and/or his wife.
(2) The petitioner shall present himself before the Court below on each and every date of the trial and shall not absent himself from the trial for any reasons whatsoever without taking permission of the Court.
