The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No.146 of 2020 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Court vide orders dated 26.04.2022 and 08.06.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No.54299 of 2021 and Cr.Misc.No.61458 of 2021 respectively vide Annexure 2 series to this petition.

Case No.146 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
