The issue raised in the present writ petition was settled by the Apex Court by order dated 14.12.2015 passed in SLP Diary No. 37663 of 2018. After the dismissal of the SLP

Patna High Court CWJC No.13243 of 2019(2) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 the State Government has issued resolution on 30.3.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's case is covered by the decision as contained in the resolution dated 30.3.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, the respondents are hereby directed to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of benefit in terms of the resolution dated 30.3.2019 at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
