Case No. 186 of 2016 for the offence under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2016. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 186 of 2016 on the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in the trial and will not, in any manner, tamper the evidence or the witnesses.
