This is an application for bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 210 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner along with others is named in the FIR and from possession of petitioner one master key has been recovered. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and co-accused from whose possession stolen motorcycle was recovered has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 49138 of 2017, vide order dated 18.10.2017 and he is in custody since 31.7.2017, having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned APP also.

No.49270 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII-cumSub Judge, Patna, in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S.Case No. 210 of 2017, subject to the conditions as follows : (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) Petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court and on failure to appear on two consecutive dates without any genuine ground or without permission of court, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
