Patna High Court CWJC No.11243 of 2013 (4) dt.28-07-2015 28-07-2015 The petitioners, to cut short the matter, submit that they may be given opportunity to explain their case before the Wakf Board.
I find that the submission of the petitioners is just and fair.
In the circumstances, the writ petitions are disposed of observing that if the petitioners file a fresh application before the Wakf Board, it would consider the same and passed order in accordance with law, preferably with a period of four months. It would be open for the Wakf Board to hear all the interested parties.
