Learned counsel submits that in fact, the two Directors of the company are not simultaneously available for the present and if the order is modified with respect to the condition to this extent that one of the Directors of the company and one local surety who resides and have immovable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concern may be allowed to furnish the surety.

This Court does not find any reason to reject the submission.

Let the order dated 25.09.2018 be read with

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.2158 of 2018(4) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 modification to the extent that out of the two sureties, one will be the Director of the company and one will be the local person residing and having immovable properties within the jurisdiction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Patna.
