JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 356 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 112.32 litre of foreign liquor.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and she is a lady and only happens to be the owner of the vehicle from which alleged recovery has been made. She has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 05.07.2017.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as petitioner is a lady and has no

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -II, Supaul, in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. Supaul P.S. Case No. 356 of 2017, subject to the following conditions:- It is also made clear that if the petitioner again found involved in any of such offence, in future, her bail bonds will be cancelled.
