ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 3/ 07-10-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 28.05.2015 in connection with Siwan (Mahila) P.S. Case No.01 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

From now the Petitioner shall pay a sum of `2,500/- (two thousand five hundred) instead of `750/-(seven hundred fifty).

The application stands disposed off.
