The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhabua P.S.Case No.345 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted that the informant, who happens to be the police officer apprehended two persons who are named in the FIR and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of each. The name of this petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of said apprehended two accused. The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2017 having no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation facts and circumstances, prayer is allowed. Let the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43623 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S.Case No.345 of 2017.
