The present petition was filed against the order rejecting the discharge petition.

In this case, by order dated 17.05.2016 a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the case, which has been received and kept at Flag-A. The report suggests that in this case charge was framed on 16.01.2014 and, thereafter, witness has also been examined.

Keeping in view the fact that the trial has already commenced, it would not be appropriate to interfere with the trial. The petition stands disposed of.
