The appellant seeks regular bail in Aurangabad (Town) SC/ST P.S. Case No.06 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 379 of I.P.C. and Section 3 of SC/ST (POA) Act.
Allegation as per the F.I.R. against the appellant is of trying to outrage modesty of the informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is that he has been falsely implicated as he is a social worker of Congress Party and raised complaint against the informant with regard to cleaning hospital.
Heard learned Special P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2226 of 2017 (2) dt.22-08-2017 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the appellant, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Aurangabad, in Aurangabad (Town) SC/ST P.S. Case No.06 of 2017 subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a local person having sufficient immovable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and he will cooperate in the trial and appear before the court on each and every date fixed in the case, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
