The petitioners seek quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Sonepur P. S. Case No. 392 of 2012 arising out of Complaint Case No. 2592 of 2012 for offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 504 and 120 (B) of I.P.C.
Allegation of the informant Mukesh Kumar is that the petitioners along with others have cheated and induced him to pay Rs. 3.5 lakhs for recruitment in the service of Indian Army or any other government job. The witness, Umesh Kumar has also filed a complaint case No. 3327 of 2012, making allegations for offences,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15359 of 2013 (4) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120 B and 504 of the I.P.C.
