2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have inflicted lathi blow on the head of the husband of informant. Doctor has found the injury caused by this petitioner to be simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the simple nature of injury and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
