Petitioner seeks bail in Sherghati P.S. Case No.147 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. He has not been caught at the spot. His name has come in the confessional statement of Bipin Kumar Sharma. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 10.05.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56134 of 2018 (3) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No.147 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
