Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent of extending the period of surrender only.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. The order dated 26.05.2016 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Complaint Case No. 854(C) of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41589 of 2016 (2) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 2015, pending in the court of leaned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger.
