2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Beur P.S Case No. 125 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309(4) of B.N.S.

3. As per allegation in First Information Report, petitioner along with co-accused have snatched the vehicle and money from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is not named in First Information Report. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade were conducted by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41129 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 Investigation Officer during investigation. It is further submitted that petitioner has got clean antecedent. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 30.03.2025.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order, it appears that petitioner is not named in First Information Report, his name surfaced from the confessional statement of the coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade were conducted by the Investigation Officer during investigation and petitioner has got clean antecedent.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st , Patna in connection with Beur P.S Case No. 125 of 2025.
