2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Aurangabad(Town) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner committed theft in the house of the informant. It has been stated in the FIR that the petitioner was caught red handed on the spot with stolen mobile.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. He has submitted further that the entire allegation is false and the petitioner is under custody since 23.02.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, specially the period of custody, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad(Town) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
