Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C2A263 of 2016 registered under sections 30(A) and 35(a) of the Excise Act.

Allegation in brief is that from the house of the petitioner, 180 ml. of 48 bottles of foreign liquor and 750 ml of 7 bottles of foreign liquor were recovered.

It is submitted that the petitioner at the relevant time was undergoing treatment at Patna.

Having considered the recovery of 48 and 7 bottles of foreign liquor, I do not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. (Arun Kumar, J) S.Sb/- U T
