Petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2017 in connection with Madhepura (Ghailadh) P.S. Case No. 170 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 307, 379, 384, 447, 504, 506, 341, 323, 324, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be order giver in this case and no specific over act is attributed to him. Moreover, there is case and counter case for the same offence by the parties. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last four months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
