2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhalpatti (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have misappropriated Rs. 18,25,000/- out of which Rs. 4,25,000/- has been deposited.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the rest of the amount shall also be deposited within six months in six equal installments.

5. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41883 of 2025(4) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 provisional bail after he deposits the first installment on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Bhalpatti (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024.

7. Thereafter, his provisional bail shall be extended on the deposit of the next installments and if the entire amount is deposited within six months, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed by the Court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
