2. The present application has been filed for grant of extension of time for surrender and furnishing bail bonds by modification of order of this Court dated 29.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33494 of 2016 in terms of which the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail.

3. For the reasons stated, the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 29.08.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 33494 of 2016 is extended by three weeks from today.
