Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Since all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined, I am not inclined to review the earlier order of refusal of prayer for bail at Annexure-1. Hence, prayer for regular bail is refused in connection with S.Tr. No.395 of 2019 arising out of Manjhagarh P.S.Case No.74 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj. Let the learned Trial Judge conclude the trial at the earliest.
