Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with /Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016 registered under Sections- 302, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that informant with his family was residing in his house constructed on his share, accused persons came to oust them. When the informant went out for earning, all the accused persons came and finding his wife along killed her by administering poison.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.505 of 2017 (3) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 suspicion. In post mortem report no external injury has been found. Even the FSL report does not reveals that any poison was administered to the deceased.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 3rd, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
