JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Sakara P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 379 of 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown. Name of this petitioner has come during course of vehicle checking and he was arrested along with motorcycle. Petitioner could not produce any paper of the motorcycle. It is further submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He had no knowledge that the aforesaid vehicle is stolen article. He was arrested by police with one another person who was also sitting on the motorcycle.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56378 of 2018 (3) dt.11-10-2018 Petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum- Sub Judge XIIIth, Muzaffarpur in connection in Sakara P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J.) Rakhi U T
