Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 456 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 325, 307, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prosecution side and the deceased are agnates and the occurrence took place due to discussion with regard to the local Panchayat Election and the petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2021.

No.42508 of 2022(3) dt.30-01-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, period of custody and the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others, this application for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the same is not framed and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 456 of 2021.

The petitioner will visit Murliganj Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
