In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 2488 of 2012 (Tr. No.1988 of 2018), registered for the offence under Sections 498A and 386 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties are Chartered Accountants and already legal separation has taken place on account of passing of decree of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41152 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 divorce and now they are living separately having no connection with each other. He further submits that earlier efforts were made for reconciliation, but all failed, inasmuch as, except the petitioner the prosecution of other family members are quashed. Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Darbhanga, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2488 of 2012 (Tr.
